What makes the Althy Flask better than other hydrogen water bottles?

Althy uses advanced SPE/PEM technology with platinum-coated titanium plates and a DuPont™ Nafion® membrane to deliver ultra-pure molecular hydrogen while separating and venting oxygen, ozone, and chlorine. You get high dissolved H₂ (up to 5,000 ppb under optimal conditions) without unwanted byproducts. The on-device display lets you track hydrogen cycles, time, and battery, so you can dial in short or long runs to fit your routine. Many cheaper bottles rely on single-chamber designs or inferior metals that can introduce impurities. Althy isn’t just premium—it’s precision-engineered wellness.

How often should I drink hydrogen water?

There’s no official standard for how much hydrogen water to drink. Some studies have explored daily intakes of around 1–3 liters. With the Althy Flask, many users enjoy sipping at least three bottles per day, spaced throughout the day. For personalized guidance, consult a healthcare professional based on your individual needs.

How long does hydrogen stay in the water?

For best results, drink within the first 2 hours. Retention depends on storage:

  • Open glass: Up to ~2 hours in an unsealed container.
  • Regular water bottle: Typically ~3–5 hours if opened occasionally (highest concentration in the first 2 hours).
  • Sealed container (Althy Flask): In a fully airtight state, levels decline slowly (≈0.1 PPM per day) and can persist for up to ~2 weeks, depending on the starting concentration.

Tip: Use cool water, run a full cycle, and cap promptly to reduce off-gassing.

What does PPB mean and how do I get higher numbers?

PPB = parts per billion of dissolved molecular hydrogen (H₂). Higher PPB typically requires the long cycle (~10–12 min), clean hardware (run self-clean/deep-clean), and cool water. The on-device PPB is indicative; actual concentration varies with water quality, temperature, and pressure.

Can I inhale hydrogen with this device?

Yes—there’s a simple H₂ inhalation port (nasal-cannula ready). Use only while awake and attentive, don’t block the gas-vent, and stop if you feel discomfort. Keep away from children. This is not a medical device.
