Refund policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we make returns simple and straightforward. Our policy lasts 30 days, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply contact us at support@thenichebox.co. Returns should only be sent to the address we provide once your request has been approved. Items sent back to us without prior authorization cannot be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to quickly evaluate the issue and make it right. To process your claim, we kindly ask for clear photos (or a short video, if helpful) of the issue, along with images of the original packaging and shipping label. Please keep all packaging materials until your case is resolved.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Additionally, intimate or sanitary goods, as well as fitness recovery or personal-use wellness items that have been opened, cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
Exchanges
The easiest way to receive the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the replacement product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. You’ll receive 100% of the total amount paid (excluding return shipping fees) refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
