We want your order to reach you quickly and reliably. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time refers to the period we need to prepare and dispatch your order. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Times
After processing, delivery times vary depending on your location. For most destinations, standard shipping usually takes 7–14 business days. Since we work with overseas partners in a dropshipping model, delivery times may occasionally extend to 25–30 business days due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other external factors. Many orders arrive sooner, but if there are unexpected delays, we will keep you informed every step of the way.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs procedures.
